ThinkCol provided a 2-day design thinking and AI training course for the senior management of one of Hong Kong’s leading jewellery retailer. With more than fifty shops in Hong Kong and forty in the Mainland, the jewellery retailer was the first Hong Kong retail chain store to offer customers fixed-price diamond jewellery.
Utilizing real-life examples from different industries, ThinkCol created various class materials and taught machine learning and data science. More importantly, utilizing the framework of design thinking, ThinkCol guided the jewellery retailer to identify company pain points and brainstorm ideas on how machine learning can ease their daily work dilemmas and expedite workflows.
